KELLY, Circuit Judge. Defendant-Appellant Samuel Ervin Mills ("Mills") appeals from his conviction on the charge of possession of a firearm by
a felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 922(g). He alleges a number of errors by the district court, including that: his suppression
motion was erroneously denied, the Judge allowed a constructive amendment of the indictment, flawed jury instructions allowed
the jury to convict without reaching unanimity on the date of his illegal possession of firearms, admission of a prior instance
of firearms possession prejudiced him, and the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction. Our jurisdiction arises
under 28 U.S.C. 1291, and we reverse.
